Martha Moir Craycraft Bonita Springs, FL Things sure can change in 5 years - or in a year as is my case. My mom had been in a nursing home in Naples, FL so Chuck and I changed our plans and made arrangements to move closer to the Moir parents. I came down in January 2006 and my mom passed away the next week. So I was with her for her last week and was able to be a support to my dad. I am working at Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida, service coordinator for families with children in the Early Steps program, I have also just picked up a small caseload of children who I do developmental therapy/play with. Chuck retired from Duneland Schools and is now a 7th grade science teacher at Immokolee Middle School. We are living in Bonita Springs FL. We were sad to leave our three kids, and three grandchildren- all three are my stepson's kids. We still enjoy camping and riding the Harley 12 months a year here in Daytona Beach. Our life is good and we are both blessed to call ourselves cancer survivors. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2002 and had surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation. I'm coming up on 5 years so that is a wonderful milestone. Tina and I met when we both worked at Digital Equipment Corporation, and were married in 1988. We live in Goffstown, NH. Tina now works as a massage therapist at the Elliot hospital in neighboring Manchester, NH. Holly is five and just started kindergarten. My parents moved out to New Hampshire about four years ago and now live a couple of miles up the road from us. I work in Chemlsford, MA, north of Boston. I'm a technical writer, meaning I write the instruction manuals for computers. I work for Mercury Computer Systems now. I work in a city, but I live next to a forest, which I enjoy. I miss Lake Michigan, but the ocean isn't too far away. I'm still interested in science, SF, and fantasy. I've channeled my interest in drama into playing roleplaying games. I've successfully passed on a fondness for imagination on to Holly, who just recently discovered Oz.
